Once the design is finalized, we manage all aspects of the construction, from mobilization and demolition to final installations. Throughout the project, we maintain open communication, providing updates and addressing any concerns. Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail is perfect, leaving you with a beautifully renovated space.

1. Initial Consultation

Getting Started

Your renovation journey begins with reaching out to us through a call, email, or our contact form. You can share photos, videos, or design plans, which help us understand the current conditions and your vision for the project.

Project Discussion & Estimate

Our team will discuss your goals and preferences, ensuring we understand the full scope of work. After gathering details, we prepare a rough estimate, including construction costs, soft costs (if applicable), and a preliminary timeline.

Review & Next Steps

We’ll review the estimate together, adjusting as needed to align with your expectations and budget. Once both sides agree, we’ll move forward with the project.

STEP 02

2. Proposal & Agreement

Site Walk-Through & In-Person Meeting

We schedule an expert visit for a detailed walk-through of your space, assessing existing conditions and the scope of work. This in-person meeting allows us to address any concerns, clarify your renovation goals, and ensure feasibility.

Scope Optimization & Review

Following the site visit, we refine the project scope, factoring in any logistical considerations. For condo or co-op buildings, we review the building’s renovation requirements to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Contract Finalization & Next Steps

We provide a comprehensive proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and inclusions. After reviewing and making any necessary adjustments, the contract is finalized, and we move forward with the next steps in your renovation.

STEP 03

3. Design & Pre-Construction

Design & Material Selection

After signing the agreement, we move into the design phase. You can collaborate with your designer or work with our in-house team to finalize the design and select materials that match your style and vision.

Approvals & Budget Reconfirmation

We handle building approvals for condos, co-ops, and landmark properties, including any necessary Department of Buildings (DOB) filings. After approvals, we reconfirm the budget to ensure alignment with the final design and any regulatory requirements.

Project Scheduling & Pre-Construction

Once approvals and materials are finalized, we schedule your project in alignment with material lead times. The project schedule is uploaded to our management software to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion.

STEP 04

4. Construction & Installations

Mobilization & Protection

Once the start date is confirmed, we mobilize our team and set up protection measures to safeguard your property. Whether in a condo/co-op or a private home, we ensure all areas are secure, following building regulations where applicable. A quality inspection ensures everything is protected properly before work begins.

Demolition & Rough Installations

With protection in place, demolition begins, allowing us to uncover any hidden issues. After demolition, we proceed with rough installations, including framing, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, followed by a quality inspection to ensure everything meets code and project requirements.

Inspections & Finish Installations

We schedule necessary inspections to verify compliance with local building codes. Once approved, we move on to the finish installations, where final touches such as cabinets, fixtures, flooring, and tiles are carefully installed to complete your project with precision.

STEP 05

5. Final Inspections & Completion

Site Cleanup & Walkthrough Preparation

As the project nears completion, we conduct a thorough cleanup, removing debris, equipment, and protective coverings to ensure the space is ready for your inspection.

Final Walkthrough & Punch List

We schedule a final walkthrough with you to review the completed work. Any areas needing adjustments are noted on a punch list to ensure the project meets your expectations.

Punch List Completion & Handover

Our team addresses the punch list promptly, completing all final touch-ups. After a final cleanup and inspection, we officially demobilize and hand over the project. Post-project support is always available to ensure your satisfaction.
