We worked with Isaac and his crew on two exterior projects for our brownstone, and they did an amazing job. Isaac was friendly, professional, and really easy to talk to. I had a lot of questions along the way, and he always took the time to explain things clearly and never made me feel like I was asking too much. The work was done on time, the quality was great, and they were super respectful about keeping the area clean and safe. What stood out most was how they took our ideas and added their own expertise to make the final result even better than we imagined. If you’re thinking about renovating a brownstone, I can’t recommend DCON Renovation enough. We’re so happy with how everything turned outPosted on GoogleXaranda Collins13 August 2025Shiloh and his team just finished renovating our foyer/entryway, and we’re absolutely blown away by the results! They did an incredible job — even with our somewhat tricky request to include an arch in the design :) From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and on time. Communication was clear, and the whole process felt smooth and well-organized. We really can’t recommend DCON Remodeling enough and will definitely be reaching out to them again for future projects. Thank you again, Shiloh and team, for bringing our dream entryway (and bar!) to life. We’re so excited to show it offPosted on GoogleTyler Owens12 August 2025We hired Isaac and his team to remodel our kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the results! The entire process—from start to finish—was smooth, professional, and well-managed. The project started and finished right on schedule and stayed within the quoted budget and timeframe. Communication was clear and proactive throughout. The team was upfront about every step, followed through on all commitments, and made sure we were always in the loop. Since we were living in the house during the remodel, we really appreciated the extra care they took with dust control and cleanup—it made a huge difference. The scope of work included demolition, installing a new tile backsplash, quartz countertops, a new sink and water filtration system, multiple coats of onsite cabinet painting, hardware replacement, and thorough final cleanup. Everything was completed with great attention to detail. A special thank-you to Sabino, who led the project and was incredible to work with. He made the whole experience even better with his professionalism and care. We’d absolutely work with this team again on future projects!Posted on GoogleJames Geddis3 July 2025We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom renovation and I highly recommend working with Don. Shiloh was super easy to work with and his team was professional, punctual, and experts in seemingly every process. Additionally, there were no surprises. Every step was explained and the time estimate was down to the day. We'll definitely work with this team again!Posted on Yelp

Posted on YelpDoran T.9 January 2025After deciding to completely remodel my kitchen end of last year, I spent time researching and reached out to DCON Renovations and another highly-rated company. Shiloh and his team came out to review my ideas and offered thoughtful suggestions that I hadn't considered. They were incredibly low-pressure, professional, and easy to work with. On top of that, their quote was competitive, which made the decision to go with DCON an easy one--and I'm so glad I did! Once the materials were ordered and delivered, the project kicked off and progressed at an impressive pace. The coordination between all the trades involved was seamless, and every task was handled with care and expertise. While there were no major issues, the minor hiccups that naturally occur in any renovation were addressed promptly and efficiently by Shiloh and his team. They always had solutions ready, making the process stress-free. One of the things I appreciated most was their flexibility--midway through the project, I decided to add a small change that wasn't in the original scope of work, and they accommodated it without any hassle, charging me very fairly for the addition. The final result is stunning! My kitchen turned out better than I could have imagined, and I'm beyond happy with both the process and the outcome. From the very beginning, the whole process felt smooth. David and his team were super easy to talk to and really took the time to understand what we wanted. We had a lot of questions (and maybe a few indecisive moments), but they were patient, walked us through all the options, and even gave us suggestions we wouldn't have thought of on our own. Once the work started, it was clear these guys knew what they were doing. Demolition went quicker than I expected, and they kept the space clean and organized, which I really appreciated. Every step of the way, they kept us updated, so we never felt out of the loop. Now, the bathrooms are exactly what we imagined--maybe even better! They feel fresh, modern, and honestly, like a spa. Friends and family who come over can't stop commenting on how great they look. I also want to point out how detail-oriented the team was. They were professional, courteous and had our best interest in mind throughout the entire project. We had a very extensive master bathroom remodel that required the movement of plumbing from one side of the bathroom to the other. From beginning to end, they made the process easy for us. David gave us a step by step timeline of the project so we could plan accordingly. They ordered us samples so that we could choose between different tiles in person rather than on a website. David’s priority was to make us happy. I would highly recommend DCON Renovations to anyone looking to remodel their home. We are loving our new bathroom!! Thank you DCON team for making it so beautiful.Posted on GoogleDylan Fletcher22 March 2023I was planning a remodel for my home in Clinton Hill and needed a remodeller that would be reliable and experienced with remodeling brownstone homes. They were responsive and detail oriented from the first contact, and provided a detailed and clear estimate for the project. They were not the cheapest option from those I contacted, but gelt confident they would deliver the results I'm looking for while making the experience along the way feel less burdening. The design consultant really helped me choose the best products for my kitchen needs. The crew always cleaned up after themselves and left the place in order. I'm very satisfied with my kitchen and would recommend DCON to anyone looking to renovate their home in New York.
