5-Year Limited Labor Warranty
At DCON Renovations, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our work. To demonstrate our confidence in the services we provide, we offer a comprehensive 5-Year Limited Labor Warranty on all renovation projects.
Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers defects in labor performed by DCON Renovations for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation completion. Should any issues arise due to workmanship within this period, we will address and rectify these issues at no additional cost to you.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Issues resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Damage caused by natural disasters or external factors.
- Changes or repairs made by third parties not authorized by DCON Renovations.
- Normal wear and tear or deterioration over time.

Our team will schedule an inspection and, if the issue is covered under this warranty, we will take the necessary steps to resolve it promptly.
Limitations: This warranty is limited to labor only and does not cover materials, fixtures, or any other components used in the renovation process. For material-related concerns, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original property owner.
