This renovation aimed to create a new vestibule at the main entrance of a classic Bed-Stuy Brooklyn townhome. The project included the installation of safety window bars on the basement level, a new door to prevent drafts in the basement, and extensive updates to the entrance vestibule. The newly framed vestibule was insulated, finished with sheetrock, and painted for a refined look. Custom metal window bars were installed for added security.
