This comprehensive bathroom and kitchen renovation took place in a co-op apartment on the Upper West Side. The bathroom remodel retained the original rough-in layout while refinishing the existing tub, replacing fixtures, and updating the tiles and accessories. The kitchen remodel involved demolition and framing, followed by installation of new appliances, backsplash, cabinets, and flooring. With strict building requirements and logistical coordination, we upgraded the electrical system, added new lighting, and enhanced the space’s functionality, all while ensuring compliance with the building’s standards. The project was valued at $85,000, balancing high-end finishes with careful attention to building regulations.
