This modern bathroom remodel, the third in this Williamsburg building at 125 N 10th Street, was a full gut renovation. The project incorporated high-end finishes and thoughtful design choices to create a sleek and functional space. The remodel featured black matte fixtures throughout, from the shower to the faucets and vanity hardware, paired with neutral-toned tiles for a striking contrast. The project involved the installation of a glass-enclosed shower with a custom stone ledge, built-in niche, and custom wooden shelving. The existing single vanity was upgraded to a double vanity, framed with ample storage, making the bathroom both elegant and highly practical. Full gut-out, backing support for all fixtures and accessories, a full waterproof system, and frame-out built-in shelving were key elements of this luxurious transformation.
