Project Description
This project involved a full kitchen renovation and electrical upgrades at Baycliff Terrace. The work included the demolition of existing cabinets, appliances, and floor tiles. New framing and sheetrock were installed to support the updated kitchen layout. The plumbing was reconfigured to accommodate a new sink and dishwasher, while all electrical wiring was replaced, and a 200-amp service panel was installed. The kitchen was fitted with new cabinetry, appliances, and prefinished wood flooring. Additional work included relocating a radiator and repairing the flooring and base molding in the living room.
