This project at The President in Park Slope involved a comprehensive apartment remodel to update the space with modern functionality while retaining its classic charm. The scope included extensive demolition of doors, trims, base moldings, bathrooms, and closets. We replaced outdated tiles with wooden floors and executed electrical work per the provided plans.

Structural updates included the relocation of the bedroom radiator and the installation of a new radiator in the den. We created a new laundry room and adjusted the layout of closets to maximize storage. The bathroom layouts followed the design drawings, with all finishes installed as specified by the client.

Throughout the unit, we installed drop ceilings, replaced doors, and applied new base moldings and trims. The entire apartment was skim-coated, plastered, and repainted for a polished finish. Finally, all wooden floors were sanded and stained to complete the modern yet timeless transformation.
