Project Description
This project was a unique challenge as the client already had a contractor and design team but felt uncertain moving forward. With a baby on the way, the renovation needed to start within two weeks, including redesign prep. As a referral from a previous client in the building, this became our third project within the same property. The renovation involved acquiring building approvals and managing tight deadlines. We installed the kitchen with IKEA cabinets and custom fronts, added a dry bar, built a TV wall unit, and handled painting in the bedrooms and electrical redesign.
