This remodel of a duplex apartment in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens was designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics, transforming the space into a modern, comfortable home. The project began with structural modifications, such as building a dividing wall between the bedroom and lounge area, allowing the space to be more functional and private. To maximize storage, we expanded the closet opening and created new storage solutions, including custom cubbies in the unused space under the staircase.The kitchen was fully renovated with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and subway tile backsplash, along with upgraded fixtures like a Kohler faucet and double bowl sink. In the bathroom, we replaced old tiles and fixtures with new, modern materials, including a bathtub, vanity, and sleek accessories.

Plastering and painting were completed throughout the unit, and finishing touches like picture hanging and window treatments added to the refreshed look. Recessed lighting and updated electrical work completed the transformation, turning the apartment into a modern, functional living space.
