This penthouse unit apartment remodel in Williamsburg was a high-end project that involved a full kitchen renovation, updates to both the kids’ and master bathrooms, and enhancements throughout the living room. The kitchen work included the demolition of existing cabinetry and appliances, followed by the installation of new cabinets and a bar designed with antique mirrors and marble countertops, complemented by a luxury appliance package.The primary and guest baths were completely gutted, and new installations were carried out with imported custom tiling, luxury fixtures, and finishes. 

In the living room, we framed and dropped the ceiling to accommodate new recessed lighting. The project also included refinishing the floors, complete apartment plaster and painting, and electrical design upgrades.  The penthouse remodel was finished with custom bedroom wallpaper, lighting design, furniture, and decor assembly to create a luxurious living environment.

Every step was carefully executed with protective measures in place to maintain cleanliness and respect the client’s personal items.
